January 11 fiber coconut (椰棕纤维） Our company has manufactured coconut fibre for 8 years to strict quality control standards. The fibre is made from natural coconut coir and is used as the raw material for seat cushions, coir mattresses, coir doormats, geo textiles, plant boxes, soil erosion prevention products and in other uses.
Our factory is located in central southern Thailand where there is a plentiful supply of good quality raw materials. Our products are exported to China and many other countries in the region. Specification: We can supply export quality coconut fiber with the specification:
- Fiber length: 5-25 cms (90% ) , <5 cm (10% ) . - Impurity: < 0. 5% . - Moisture content: < 14% - Packing: Bale size (110 X 40 X 100 cms. ) - Weight of bale: 135-145 Kgs - Color: Golden Brown Each bale weighs 135-145 Kgs depending on hydraulic compression. Bale size is 110 x 40 x 100 cms. We ship our product in 40' containers of max. 140 bales.
